Invoice without VAT: a simple structure

If VAT does not apply to your sale, keep the invoice clear and avoid copying VAT fields from a template that does not match your situation.

Confirm your VAT position

Whether VAT should appear depends on your registration status, the transaction and the countries involved. Invocket formats the information you enter but does not decide your tax treatment.

Keep the core invoice details

Use a unique invoice number, dates, supplier and customer details, a clear description, quantities or hours, prices, currency, total due and payment details.

Do not confuse no VAT with zero-rated VAT

These can have different tax meanings. Use wording that matches your actual treatment and local requirements.

Export a clean PDF

Choose the no-tax mode in Invocket, review the totals and export a professional PDF.
